Terms of service · 5 September 2026
Garajo is a vehicle condition reporting service operated by Thomas Smids in the Netherlands for adult business users. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent through Help & contact.
The service
You can create vehicle reports from information and photos you supply, save them privately, finalize them and export PDFs. You are responsible for accuracy, permissions and safe inspection practices. Garajo does not inspect vehicles, verify damage, certify photo capture times, obtain customer signatures, supply legal advice or guarantee protection against disputes. A report is not a liability waiver or mechanical inspection.
Your content and account
You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the permission needed to store, process, display and export it for you. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, other people’s identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. Do not share account passwords, bypass quotas, access another person’s reports or disrupt the service.
Keep your account secure and your email current. One account is for one operator. Finalized reports cannot be edited. Create a replacement report if a correction is needed. Keep your original photos and regular PDF backups.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes three finalized reports in total. The Solo plan is planned at €12 per month, with 100 finalizations per calendar month (UTC), up to 12 compressed photos per report, five saved drafts and 1,000 stored reports per account. Unused allowances do not roll over. Paid plans are unavailable until merchant verification is complete.
If you subscribe, the checkout identifies your seller, applicable taxes, total price and renewal terms before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel through Plan & billing before renewal to stop future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period; existing reports remain downloadable afterward. Refund requests go through support or the Merchant of Record. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but outages and errors can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that reports will be accepted by insurers, courts or customers. Do not rely on Garajo as your only record. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by inaccurate content you supply. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, illegal content or attempts to access other users’ data, and will provide notice where reasonably possible. We will give reasonable notice of material pricing or service changes and an opportunity to export reports if we discontinue the service. Dutch law applies, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
