Do customers need an account?+
No. Export a PDF and send it to your customer through your usual email or messaging app. Your customer never needs to sign up.
Can I use Garajo on my phone?+
Yes. Garajo works in current mobile browsers on Android and iPhone, as well as on your laptop. Add photos from your camera or gallery. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Manage your subscription from Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Download your reports whenever you need your own copies.
What does a report establish?+
It records the observations and photos you provide. It is not a mechanical inspection, independent damage verification, customer signature, or liability waiver. Always keep your original photos.
